The Fixture Secretary will be in charge of organising pitches for home games and ensuring that the club’s teams can play all their games.

The role of a chairperson is to oversee the running of the Club/League and ensure that it runs efficiently and is managed appropriately. They will lead club/league meetings and provide leadership in all areas such as club tournaments, etc.

The role of Vice-Chairwoman to oversee the running of the Club/League and ensure that it runs efficiently and is managed appropriately. They’ll also lead Club/League meetings and provide leadership.

The Treasurer’s role will be to ensure that the club stays financially sustainable, pay all expenses and collecting monies owed to the club.

The Club Secretary is one of the most important roles in a Club or League. The main point of contact for the County, Team Managers and Clubs/Leagues. The secretary will look after the administrative side of the Club/League.

Our head Football coach develops players at development phase level through to academy football.

Josh has worked at Development Centres, at an Intermediate Academy and has run After School Clubs on behalf of PSA in Wrotham.

Club Welfare Officer

The role of the Welfare Officer is to enforce all Safeguarding measures within the club. The role is about making sure the children at the club are not suffering any type of abuse and also to spot signs of any issues a child may have. 

Club Communications Officer

Provide editorial and communications where required, Has a good knowledge of Content Marketing and Social Media and will advise on social media platforms that the club use.
